CPR has easier rules now!

Just renewed my several years expired BCLS.
No more hard to push and hard to ventilate Annie dummy, no more chest thump, many no more! Simple, simple and easier to remember! Everyone who can should take CPR.
Call 911 or tell someone else to call 911 and get AED (Defibrillator)
Tilt head, lift chin, check breathing, give 2 breaths if not breathing.
Position hands in the center of the chest, firmly push down 15 times.
Continue 2 breaths and 15 pumps until...
CPR new guidelines from American Heart Association 'Push hard, push fast'
